At first, I was extremely happy with my fitness watch and the app. Now that I've been wearing it for awhile, it has started acting up. The watch will not stay paired with my Bluetooth or remain synced with my phone. It refuses to connect to my Bluetooth and automatically keeps attempting to reconnect every few minutes. I have tried EVERY suggestion offered on Google but nothing has worked. To top it off, I am unable to get any help trying to fix the issue. I just want to be able to use my watch

My watch dial kept changing to one I didn't want by itself. Then steps weren't recording and now it's lost all my historic data in the app. I've watched videos, read your manual, but don't know how I retrieve the data and fix the issues. Please can you help.

I use this App for my Smart Ring that recommended it. The App is stable and always connected to the Ring and can monitor heart rate automatically. But it doesn't have an option to monitor oxygen level automatically, only manual check. Can you add automatic oxygen check too? Thanks
