Very, very poor poor service, poor customer service, unreliable, poor communication. I have been following up on my refund for 3 weeks now, mind you its a prepaid order which they failed to deliver.i have wasted my credit and time. Arrrgh!!! Just a waste

Very unreliable. You place an order, you will wait for decades with no feedback or communication. When you inquire, they give promises like the courier is on the way, which is all a lie. VERY UNRELIABLE platform.
