Very bad experience, similar to the Union Bank website. Everything is buggy. First of all, it could never do the fingerprint login, seems like a haphazardly created feature. Second and pressing present problem - it says no internet connectivity. Hence I cannot do any online transaction. I look forward to a more professional software development.

Regularly facing difficulty using the app. Everytime I open it says internet not available etc. It wastes a lot of time. Waitin ful ful days behimd this is tiring. UBI needs to fix this asap. 2 months ago it was running good. Now its pathetic, Time waste leading to delayed payments. Cant explain to suppliers why we are delaying payments. No 1 belives that your app is not working

Worst app ever.... My advice is first develop the app properly and then bring into existence. Just trusted and started using, now facing lot of issues where customer care also unable to fix. Moreover they unable to understand the problem and just conveying issued was resolved. Till now I have called 8 times still its showing "Account Locked".
