I enjoy the design element of the game, the choices go really well together and the game art is really polished and pleasing to look at. However, The levels are unnecessarily harder than they need to be. Not by design, but by random chance of how the pieces fall. I have lost a bunch, even when I'm careful, and once my lives are out, I kinda forget about this game. I don't play this one as much as other games I have downloaded.

The game is constantly Freezing especially when I want to use the boosters in the beginning. I've lost three different boosters due to errors in the game freezing and not working properly. None of my other games do this. This was customer services reply "Dear Player, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, your device is not very powerful and may experience freezes. Thank you for contacting us!" 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ But it's the only app freezing 🤔

*** UPDATE**** 4/19/20 The game keeps crashing during the add pop ups. I have to exit the game and redo the level I had just completed. This has happened several times and it's getting frustrating. I like the game. I would give more stars but the constant full length ads ( I understand you need the sponsors) are annoying and take too long.
