If we can give the negative mark I will definitely do. Earlier app is very good. Wherever new app will launching it will be better than Earlier. But in this case situation is totally reverse. For avoiding queue,time save please remove the bug. ID CARD can't update and again and again choose the seat go for payment and then screen shows there is a bug......very Very Faltuuu app

It is very horrible app. It causes headache & fustration only. It is not at all customer friendly. Previous app was good. On that app I can book tickets easily. On this app I tried several times. Each time there were new issues. I couldn't book ticket at all. Please correct this app as early as possible. MSRTC is giving lot of troubles to there passangers.

A complete disaster. The previous app was excellent and efficient. However, this so-called "upgrade" is a colossal step backward. It's riddled with bugs, has a confusing interface, and lacks the simplicity and functionality of the old version. A massive disappointment and a letdown to loyal users like me.
