I will reduce rating to 1, since reply from TM kinda stupid. Bad things first, the app sync data is very slow. You have to wait more than 1 minute after your current plan expired before you can purchase a new plan. Then after purchase the new plan, you have to wait more than one minute before the plan are being applied. Why not just have options to just auto renew plan after expired. Good thing is that you can have more than one phone number on one app. Very useful to top up for children phone.

Yes indeed. One of the worst app for Mega Corporation like TM. My Unifi Mobile App has been down for months. Can't update, can't load to home page. Without app, can't monitor data usage and difficult to top up etc. Bad coverage. When complain, will be ask to restart phone, do diagnostic, etc. You are also ask to provide longitude, latitude, etc. After all these, you are still in vain and can't get things working.

I don't usually give rating. But honestly, this is worst app I've come across. It has very bad user experience, why the website and mobile isn't sync? Can't even create an Unifi ID, wasted 30 minutes on this issue. The website keep signing out and mobile can't locate the ID, please fix the issue. Kindly consider sending the unifi e-statement through every registered email instead of asking user downloading these app.
