Jim is a great guy. His products seem to be and feel high quality but the icare needs to be calibrated for a second time since April. I feel that this shouldn't need to be calibrated so often and for the price it should come with the calibration solutions for atleast a year. When the product is calibrated the ph and orp are spot on.

Ph sensor failed in a few months. Calibration kit is extremely expensive for what you get. And it likes to lose connection. Overall, just a bad product. Idea is good, execution is terrible. Not reliable at all. I spent over $500 to learn this lesson. Don't make my mistake.

A well engineered wifi water monitor I use at a part time vacation home. I use it in a spa along with the Icare water treatment products. These two products used together have simplified my water care. Support for these products has been helpful in educating me as well....
