It's annoying how I have to keep entering the password whenever I want to change the interface. Having to wait for 15 minutes whenever I didn't log out is troublesome and I also keep having an internet connection time out even though I can use other banking apps just fine. Overall it could've been a good app if only it's no more inconvenient to it's user.

The app is almost perfect in my opinion, the only part is the "You are already logged in" for any device I used. So far I think the issue is that the user has to completely logged out of the app before they can log in again especially with fingerprint authentication. I would suggest rectify that if the user force closes the app, it would automatically end the user's session. Other than that, it's a breeze using this app.

The worst apps since its first launch. The same error keep popped up even after few times of updating the apps. "unknown" error. The fingerprint cannot detect while other apps with fingerprint is functioning well. Secure words didn't appeared. The worst when called the CS for assistance, they said "We also don't know what was the error and please wait". Have been waiting for more than 6months tho.
