My biggest problem are the disappearing surveys. I open the app and it shows me two surveys, I click on one and all I get is "thank you for your time". No questions or anything at all, no 5 points for not qualifying. When I go back to main page there are no more surveys, both are gone, that happens more often than me actually being able to do surveys at all or getting 5 points for not being the right person for a survey. Very frustrating. Also the app loads very very very very slowly.

Was easy to take surveys, but I tried to redeem $5 worth of points and nothing happens. Sent a message in their system explaining this and got no response. Update- they responded to my message about this and the issue has been fixed, but ever since I've had the app I've only been able to do about 50% of the surveys they send - I'll get an email saying more are available, but when I click on the actual survey to complete it, it is no longer available. This causes me to wail at the sky in dismay😭

Awful! I just signed up. Can't sign in online on laptop. Had to download the mobile app. Unable to contact customer service either via laptop or mobile. I shall be deleting this app. Didn't even get the promised reward for signing up via REVU offer. Waste of time. But they have managed to secure some of my personal data for free!
