Taking too much time in synchronization after completing an interview. Why cant I start new interview right away? Why do I need to wait for it to finish synchronize? You like the idea of wasting time, do you? Cant the synchronize thing happen at the back while we are doing new interview? 3 minutes doing interview, and then need to wait 5 more minutes for synchronization, and that doesnt include if it success or fail to synchronise which may lead to suspended survey which may take another 3-5

Hi Arif,
this must be annoying indeed. This could be because you're assigned to many projects with resources that require synchronisation. Archiving some projects might help.
Furthermore, we've got reports from some countries that the synchronisation could be faster. We're looking at these cases. Thanks for your patience in advance.

2 star because it takes long to to sync and there are some bug on my phone it doesn't show done interviews sometimes but after sync it shows on the website that all the interviews are half done
