Trying to reload my mobile bill. But it saying " We ware unable to connect to the utility service provider to get utility charges. please try again little while". I'm tring since a week now. still same.

The verification process, is an absolute mess. I've submitted my identification documents and selfies multiple times, only to have them inexplicably rejected each time. The worst part? The reason for these rejections remains a mystery, with no clear guidance provided by the support team.

I felt very disappointed.last few days I tried to contact with ipay customer service to fix my transaction issues which happened because of my location change after updated my app. I tried through mail, app and today via hotline.but no response.Why like this??????????
