Example:
Applicant apply loan RM50,000.00 with 15 years repayment and interest of 5%. So the total amount applicant have to payback will be RM87,500.00, monthly installment will be RM487.
Loan Calculation:
50,000 x 5% x 15 years = 37,500
50,000 + 37,500 = 87,500
87,500/180 = RM487 per month
Total Loan:
RM50,000.00+RM37,500= RM87,500.00
