I used to rely on DataApp to buy data, but my recent experience has been frustrating. I sent money on 9th May, but it hasn't been credited to my wallet. Despite contacting customer support several times, they blamed server issues and have not resolved the problem after almost 7 days. This delay is unacceptable, and their customer service is unhelpful. I can't recommend this app anymore.

My data app has not been opening since yesterday... I joined your platform not evn a week and my experience wit u has bn hell... Please do something about it.... Thanks.... I have bn complaining about unable to login on my app for some days now... But thank God, it opened this morning and to my surprise, i funded my wallet before my app stopped opening and after opening this morning, the money did not reflect... Please, what's happening?My friend complained same thing to me..This is so annoying

Everything worked perfectly fine until it didn't I topped up my account and it didn't reflect, I've been messaging the customer care, no response. The sum I topped up with is a very huge sum. Please rectify the issue
