Hit and miss. It was working fine then it told me did not have an account in UK/Channel Isles. Took app off and reinstalled and worked for 2 days now back to same message about not having an account. Tried on my Ipad and getting similar message using the app installed on tablet. So frustrating....PS. If there is an IT issue then it would be very convenient for users to see a message on login page that there is an issue and to try again in 24 hours.

Is there a problem with the app? It was OK first thing today and now I am going around in circles with the message to update the app which I select to then try and log in to be returned to the message to update the app.

App updated as advised. But now, I'm going around in a continuous loop between the app and the PlayStore. App tells me to update and PlayStore tells me to OPEN. A dreadful experience.
