good enough application, although it took a while to sign up, and the resources section is in a simple redirected browser function, but it works, and the chat function is applaudable to make communication between department mates smooth. The main issue I have is the lack of a link for the SUPPORT TICKETING PLATFORM, being the main reason I downloaded.

I've been able to log in and I've even changed my password. The problem I have now is, I'm unable to open the elearn in the app. I keep getting the invalid log in response.

Kindly follow the steps below 1. Open the NOUN Official App 2. Click on "Create Your Login Details" 3. Select User Type "Student or Staff" and input your Matric number 4. After inputting your matric number, a verification code will be sent to your email or phone number, input the code and create your new password, then click on submit to log in.

I thought it would have been easier to study with app but my main issue is that I cannot log in even with my mat.no. it's saying invalid. Please fix this.
