If they can rate 0 stars I would. I tried to refer my friend to instacart for their $10 off promotion and when they tried to use it was apparently already redeemed or expired. It's been 4 days. When I contacted customer service to see what the issue may have been they incredibly unhelpful and rude. The promotion details aren't complicated and I went through them with her sentence by sentence. At the end of a half an hour, she started to repeat "On my side, everything looks fine." 👎

With an accidental touch of a button, I hit join the yearly membership instead of monthly. And completed my grocery order. I then looked at my bank account and realize that I was being charged The one-year membership fee instead of the monthly membership fee and called instacart right away to sort this out, and they said sorry you already used the membership and we could not return the fee. So don't go looking to customer service to help with your account because they won't.

The first time you use it, it can take a long time, at least I did, because it can take a while to get all your everyday items into your cart. Once you've ordered the usual set items you buy every week it is simple and fast to use the "buy it again" feature and then it makes shopping a breeze! Also♥️ love that it accepts EBT! Very easy to add your card to your account. These 2 app features are key factors in making my life even easier! Thank you instacart!
