Increasingly if it can't get into my doctor I can't get in anywhere around home. I'd prefer a face to face, but rather than driving excessive distances with a 2.5yr old this is convenient, but haven't used it much tbh. I wish there was a section for doctors to write notes about consultation, so we, the patient, has something to refer back to (but I also wish this was available for face to face drs).

Fantastic service! Easy to setup an account, customer service were prompt with my query, and the doctor was friendly and easygoing. The whole process was quick and easy and I received my medical certificate promptly. I had a lot of issues with Updoc which added stress on top of being sick, so this was a massive relief. I will recommend this to my friends and colleagues. Thank you!

This app has been a life saver for when I get a virus and really dont want to drag my sick butt into a doctors office, but I still need a doctors certificate. The doctors are usually very kind and efficient, and I usually only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for a doctors appointment. It's honestly brilliant.
