308wifi Somebody, somewhere should be able to create something better than this rubbish. How does app work fine then refuse to work? Despite updating then reinstalling the app is not updating with the temperature, not even manually. The inkbird is allowing the temperature to go above the maximum without turning off the heat and gives no warning that it is happening. I now have no temperature control whatsoever. I don't recommend this app or inkbird devices. Look around there are much better.

I'm using the inkbird irrigation controller and it works perfectly for all the pre set automation. The smart automation to turn off watering when it's raining is a bit hit and miss. It doesn't seem to forecast what the current weather is correctly. It has a forecast that you can set, which is accurate but on the actual device it appears to have a completely different weather station that it uses which you have no control over and sadly this is the one the controller goes off.

The inkbird is a handy piece of kit for an aquarium. But the app is not up to standard. Initial setup is infuriating as it doesn't work with 5ghz WiFi (Not easily changed for me and now I have issues with other items since calling my provider who changed it) But the main issue is that I'm not getting any temperature alert warnings sent to my phone. You have to open the app and check manually which is basically pointless.... Please improve this.
