The three day Campania artecard definitely saved us money, and time looking for tickets. However, your account does not stay logged in and you need to sign in every time. Also, metro stations don't read QR codes, so you need to find a guard to let you through the barriers. Would be good if those things were fixed, and also if there was a system to book free/reduced tickets via the app.

The app does not allow you to download your pass for offline usage (including blocking you from taking a screenshot of the qr code), which is a serious issue when trying to access it at places with poor internet coverage, such as when trying to scan your ticket at the underground metro stations. Additionally, it keeps logging you out, gives "unexpected errors", and is very slow to load.

It's a great concept, but the app is slow, logs you out frequently (like right when you are ready to scan for museum entrance or on transit), and it's very slow to sign back in. Also, the QR codes do not always scan properly, leaving you stuck and not able to enter the subway unless it is staffed. It was very frustrating for us and the museum and transit staff.
