Suddenly the app is unusable on my device. It was working a few weeks back. It keeps on saying that the app cannot work correctly on rooted device. My device is not rooted. I contacted via email and was told that since the issue is specific to my device, they weren't able to assist me further. As a customer, its not a good customer service.

I used to have tremendous confidence with Income but their customer service level has dropped tremendously and it is very difficult to get anyone to respond or provide help. If I could have use self help I would, but unfortunately it requires their customer support and it is extremely tedious to reach any real person. Even the people at the retail stores cannot help you as they tell you it is a sales office and they are unable to assist you. They point you back to getting support via email.

I received this message "This app will not work correctly on rooted device. If you would like to use this device, you must unroot this device." The app shut down when I clicked OK. This is the first time I face this problem. I've reinstalled the app but the problem persists. Any suggestion?
