Reducing stars. App frequently does not have the correct time or freezes up. It will not populate data saved. I tried restarting the app and the phone to no avail. My phone says that the current time is 9:30 and yet the app is saying it is eight something. When I try to correct the time to 9:30 it keeps moving it back to 8:59 a.m. as my entry time. Very confused. Otherwise, i like the report feature with the ability to make notations.

Thanks for leaving a review with details. Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce reported issue. We never received feedback about any such issue existing. App allow to set time atleast upto 59 minutes in future. If we try to set any time beyond that it sets clock to max allowed future time. Please do check again. Also share your timezone. Thnx

App is ok if you need to right down vitals only, just wish it was able to add notes. There are no place to add notes.

Thank you for review, rating and feedback. Option for notes already existing in app. Please check SECOND TAB (Red) which says Info. This is the place where you can add your text note for your recording. We look forward for a better rating. If you have any more feedback can fill feature request form in app menu.

I love this app! It is easy to document your vital signs and symptoms. I've tried about 8 different apps and this is by far the easiest to use and let's you include your symptoms.
