Find it difficult to navigate. Have to use it for the swimming lesson portal but son has 2 lessons a week but as toy can't set up 2 a week with the direct debit I also have to have a separate account which I have to prepay. So if he moves up a stage on one day, the other doesn't account doesn't update and I have to email the swim team! It's a silly system.

It's a pain in the backside having to phone up after receiving a notification that a place on a class has become available. Only to be confronted with the pay now option. When you have already paid anually.

Great most of the time but doesn't work when I'm trying to book a class from the waiting list. Constantly asked for payment despite the class being included in my membership.
