Unreliable for bookings and any contents of booking for what you need to book for! It's all over the place! The App got elements that you should be able to press and book, but you can't do it because it's under something else or you've cancelled button options to book, but you left the button to click on which does nothing! Just well silly...

Old system was easier to use and would allow selection of bookings before 0630 a week ahead then submit at 0630. This app does not show a week ahead in same way. End up booking on PC as easier to scroll through. Plus sometimes get a login screen but back arrow and find you are logged in. Then if you have both swim and gym classes too much to scroll through

Difficult to navigate, having to log in every time compared to previous app is a pain, slow, not user friendly 😩
