Change my phone and can't reset my password in the app so can't log in to make bookings.

On the website, it is now possible to select multiple family members to include in one booking, but this doesn't seem to be possible through the app - everyone has to book separately via their own account. Makes no sense, especially if you have young children.

Doubt any usability testing, or any testing been done. Probably copying and pasting from Stack Overflow, using MS Word as an IDE, calling themselves "rockstar ninja full stack developers" who watch tutorials.by folk that say "super excited" for 90% of the video, the other 10% asking to like and subscribe.
