Just awful, signing in freezes and needs an app restart. Trying to book even with your membership covering all costs forces you into a payment page. Unoptimised, slow, unreliable and not user friendly. Only compliment I can give it is it shows pool times, but as booking don't work or aren't used by most even then you can't tell how busy they will be. Really needs an full overhaul, please sort this out! Sorry to be so negative but it's not fit for purpose.

Terrible website, crashes consistently, stuck in an endless loop of trying to access membership details with no success, reset password option doesn't work and eventually was locked out of account, them signed up for a new account with a different email PAID for a swim. Session and consequently did not receive confirmation via email, then tried to access new account straight away with new email details and was locked out again. Gave up!

The worse! This is not even an app it's a portal to the website...the website is not user friendly doesn't adapt to different screen sizes so everything is out of centre, difficult to navigate ask your log in at every stage,it freezes it's just useless.....it's almost like no one cares ... thought the Plymouth people deserved better the asking prices for sessions and DD are expensive enough.Get your website sorted already
