Developer needs to go back to the drawing board with this 'new & updated' app or bring back the old 1 which worked fine. Been trying for over 1 hour to log in to cancel a 9am class but it keeps buffering & times out & prompts me to 'try again'. Or it shows an empty booking list even though I have 4 classes booked for next week. I even tried logging in to my account on the website but can't get in. It also shows, 'there was an unexpected error'. Just forget it - it's an absolute waste of time.

App is painfully slow. It doesn't work properly even when at the leisure centre itself. Eventually managed to view course hub and book swimming yesterday after half an hour of trying. Had the app one day and again can't access things as it fails to load anything beyond the home page. Every app they issue is faulty and slow. Last app shows error pages, this one doesn't even do that, it just leaves you waiting. Home menu is better, but what use is that if you can't access the next screen?

This app is very unstable. It constantly fails to retrieve the classes available, so I keep pressing try again, same thing over and over. Can't book family fun sessions on the app for swimming which is a shame. When it has loaded eventually and I book clases, it all seems straightforward and really like that it adds to my calendar. The app looks nice. It is a shame the back end is so poor, as you have the ability to free up some of your staffs time in centre if this app was working correctly.
