When it works (which is about 50/50) it's great, nice and quick and easy and unlike the website it shows you times clearly (I use it to book lane swimming sessions). When it doesn't work it's terrible, so often you get error messages because the server has timed out or the service is unreachable and you end up having to book in person. If you could iron out these issues it would be so much better.

It works very well and been using it for years. Only thing I can fault is that it's kind of irritating having to input card details every time. Why not have an option to save details and just input the security code for example. I have a password manager and it doesn't detect the page for some reason so doesn't input card details, likewise Google wallet doesn't recognise it either.

A difficult app to use to book activities. You cant book for other family members nor cancel bookings. Payment can be tricky. It constantly refuses to let me book if too close to the session starting. Sometimes I can log in, others not. There appears to be no one manning the reception desk at my local pool so on several occasions I havent been able to swim when i could have. It's hard not to be too cynical. A great way to put people off using Aberdeenshire Council sports facilities!
