The app itself is grand for booking the facilites on offer and looks easy to use... BUT... My main reasons for the low rating is: (1) the information is a year out-of-date; and (2) the membership registration process is very confusing. There is no information on whether the 'All-inclusive' membership includes all facilities at ALL leisure sites within the DCSDC area or just the centre you book from; the membership process is difficult; and the prices on the app are different to the booking site!

No cancellation function. Can't see the full range of activities on one screen which means have to go in & out of app to check what is available. The upcoming bookings feature doesn't work & the history of bookings is at least two weeks behind. Always receive TWO confirmation emails. Have to say the previous version was a much slicker app. If it's not broken &c?

This is a fantastic app. The only issue I had is that it doesn't recognise your membership number automatically when booking the swimming pool and health suite option. I had to request this from reception. In fairness, this may be a mandatory requirement for contact tracing so apologies if this is deliberate customisation to the app.
