Pro tip: If pressing the ear results in the dog doing tricks then the toy is in Retail mode and holding the ear for 3 seconds will NOT result in App Mode. There is a switch underneath where the battery goes - turn the switch all the way to the other end. It should bark twice and will be in app mode. If you don't hear the barks then holding the ear for 3 seconds in this mode should make it bark twice and enter app mode. All the best with your overly expensive purchase :)

Works well, people who are saying app doesn't work need to read instructions. You HOLD ear for three seconds to put Lucy to app mode. The app then sends a code so Lucy needs to be able to hear it, no background noise etc. Otherwise voice mode also works well, speak clearly and Lucy will follow your commands. Photo selfie and rewards on app are pointless, don't work

The actual dog works fine but the app is awful. Most of the features don't work. No matter how many times you press the ear it NEVER goes into 'app mode'. The app itself is hard to navigate and with no instructions your left to try and figure out how the 'rewards' actually work. This app needs serious updating. It's barely useable the way it is now
