It's s good looking, visual app, fun features and runs ok. But sometimes it crashes or the app flashes a blank screen while loading a few times before settling down. Only launched in September, so hopefully updates will improve the user experience. Cant order coffee in app (like Nespresso). I like the recipe section but whoever wrote them needs to write them clearer with punctuation.

I got 2 years ordering coffee from you . The app never works ๐ก I can't understand how the app doesn't work, even now after a year from my firs review .Try to order through Google you can pay just by PayPal. I am really Dissapointed, probably it's time to change my coffee ๐๐๐

Good morning Brigitte, we're sorry for your experience with our app. We are working for integrating our e-shop within the app. In the meanwhile, we suggest you delete your current version and reinstall illy app on your smartphone. With our latest updates, some bugs were fixed. Have a nice day.

App needs lots of work.. existing loyalty member but cannot complete registration by selecting program location. Date of birth function wont let you input manually and also forces you to button click an arrow by month .... im not clicking/tapping 100s of times to do that.... the coffee is GREAT the app.... not even close.... piss poor at best...
