I've stacked shelves, helped customers and worked at exciting events in Auckland almost every week. Got a problem? Chat to the staff in the app. Got a problem before or during a shift? Call the 0800 number. Got a question about a shift that is posted before you apply? Ask a question in the shift chat menu to the shift manager. The flexibility is the best thing

App works fine but it sucks for finding a job. Opportunities always say I've got a good chance of getting hired but nobody ever does. Eventually you just get over the constant rejection.

The app is pore, it has a very basic limited menu system, not really any way of showing qualifications and sorting jobs by those qualifications. I can't search for any types of jobs or filter them in a way that is useful like distance or type of work and for some reason the website now only says use the app and has no functionality at all. To add to it although I just reinstalled the latest version my app looks nothing like the example pictures here.
