The alerts are not being sent out in a timely manner. We don't receive them until two days after the tsunami or not at all... They need to have this linked to a central computor so the messages & information will go up imediately when it happens. The whole idea behind this is to save lives & that is why it is important to get the message out fast.

We are up again, a new version (v2.0) has been released with fast tsunami simulations running in just a few minutes.

Seems like a great app. The max wave amplitude/height bar is not clear in the data it is communicating (is it in meters? What does the 0-2 scale represent?). Would be great if this app could provide alerts as to ongoing tsunamis.

Great graphical mapping, but it's stopped working. I've used this good app for over a year. But now as of 08-35-2018 it stopped updating. Not sure why. So I removed the app, and then reloaded it. But it still didn't update since Aug 25. Please fix to activate this good app.

Hi James,
the system was down for some days because some legal conditions changed in Google Play Services and our app was affected. Fortunately, the system is working again and the simulations of those days (like the Indonesia one) has been added to the historical list.
