Unhelpful Customer Service. It's been frustrating trying to resolve order issues. Aside from the technical issues with the website, an order arrived with a missing part. A case was opened, and they closed the case without resolving the issue. Now I have an item that I can not use. As a first-time customer, the experience has not been great.

the most awful ikea app that i have ever used. why can't it be as user-friendly as in UAE, for example. no measurements section in product info. Some products are not showing up, etc, etc.... using it because i have to.

It glitches all the time and I always have to uninstall it and reinstall it.
