This app seemed really helpful. When I downloaded it, there were some locked sections if I wanted to go deeper but there were also some free sections that took me through the IFS process. Now with the latest update, everything that was free is now locked/paid. There is really nothing I can do for free anymore except learn about the app and ifs conceptually (which you can do free online anyway). It's really discouraging as I don't have extra $$ to spend. Felt like a bait and switch

Well, I deleted my original rating since it's irrelevant now because WHY IS EVERYTHING BEHIND A PAYWALL NOW? Way to go! You've added another barrier instead of being helpful. Congratulations. You're now a completely useless and hurtful part.
