Was a great app until today (9/21/23) I've called WCU twice. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. Fix the glitch please. Keeps saying Sorry, service is not available at this time. *edit. After this review. (9/22/23) The glitch was fixed. I am able to again access my accounts. That said, I do love this app! Having access to my accounts on the go has made been super convenient.

On android, screens don't show properly. Statements are tiny and required old school button zooming. It's not clear if you have multiple accounts (ex. biz/personal) and use the fingerprint login; fingerprint can only be assigned to one account, you'll have to use a password for the other accounts - even though you can view them both. Took me multiple trips to CU before someone had those knowledge.

I recently switched from US Bank, which kept charging me overdraft fees and for paper statements, when I was signed up for estatements and not only was I being charged for those but I would get overdraft fees for those! Anyway as far as Westconsin, Ive not had a single overdraft fee and the app is super easy to use!!! The only reason Im not giving the app 5 stars is because it seems like its down pretty frequently for updates and such and Ive had a few times were I wasnt able to loggin.
