I love the many conveniences that the app has. There are a few things that would make it even better though. 1. Showing the location where a credit card charge is used instead of just the amount. 2. Being able to pull up a picture of each deposited and written checks. 3. I despise how often you are forced to change your password. I think this should be optional.

Thank you for the review Delaney. We will keep in mind your recommendations. We did push back recently how often the password expires from 90 to 180 days. The reason for this is to protect not only the credit union but our members as well.

App rarely works/shows any information at night in the evenings, late night, or early mornings. Some of us need to actually access our balances, transactions, or make deposits/transfers 24/7, not just during bankers hours. I know it's possible to do it because sometimes it works all night long or most of the night, other times it just loads and loads then either quits or gives an account information error or something along those lines. It happens way to often (almost daily) to be "maintenance"

07-23-22 The app worked fine for years until about a month ago. I haven't been able to get to the home page that displays my balances. It just loads and loads trying to sign me in. 08-08-22 The app is still not loading the home screen. Log in page just has a loading arrow when I go to log in. Not a connection issue. I cannot check my balance or do anything at all. Calling the # provided does nothing about the app being fixed. The ladies say they have lots of complaints. What is being done?
