Stopped showing Pending Transactions for a bit. Which is Frustrating. Now it's working again. 4 Star cause that 2nd time it broke in less than 24hrs . Love the app cause it works good. When it breaks don't know how else to check balance other than call or go-to bank.

I have been with Bank 5 many years and I have always been pleased with them. Whenever I need help they have always been patient and taking time to solve my issues. The staff has always been very helpful with a smile. I plan to continue and staying with that bank five for many years in the future. Their mobile app is easy to use sometimes seniors have trouble with today's technology.

Good app overall. Could use some little improvements. In bill pay it would be very useful to have a memo section like if you sent a check. Also the bill pay section should let you see a payee history that you could go to. Been good though no issues, lagging, proformance, or other wise.
