Update: I'm moving to 3 stars bc of Custimer service, if the app is fixed I will change my review again. ANB has been extremely responsive in trying to resolve our issues. QuickBooks is working again but still can't access the app unless I clear my cache. The old app was great. This one won't let me login unless I uninstall and reinstall, have to go through the phone call authentication every time. Plus now nothing integrates so it won't sync with QuickBooks. Total pile of junk.

I'd give it negative 100 stars if I could! This app is terrible. It has nowhere near the functionality of the previous app (no auto transfers, no account nicknames, mobile deposit doesn't work, etc.) and is clunky to use. Also crashes frequently and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled at least once a week. Honestly, I really like the people at my bank, but my frustration with the app makes me want to move my accounts. Please go back to the old one!

Update again.....not really, like clockwork 2 to 3 weeks and I have to delete it again and again. I guess not all phones and platforms are created equal. Update on app......oh wait they can't get an update right. Went like 2 weeks without deleting and reinstalling to log in.......so frustrating somebody hire somebody that can fix this problem!
