App was working for years, now the app doesn't let me log in at all. Let's me put user ID and password in but kicks me back to main login page. I have to go through my browser to access my account. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, force stopped it... You name it I did it.. Even removed 2 factor verification steps...i don't know what happened but this is ridiculous and inconvenient to have to go through my browser to access my account to pay my bill

There used to be a next bill predictor but it disappeared out of the blue! They refuse to tell me Why? Also, The budget billing is very confusing. I was $32 in areas and to make up for it I had to pay $560 over the next two billing cycles to make up for it. The HELP desk, customer service was very, very unuseful!

The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.
