As of the latest update, I can no longer make payments using my debit card - which I've had no problems in using for YEARS. Now, when I submit the payment on the Capital One app, it asks me to verify the payment in my mobile banking app, which is fine and normal. I swap to my mobile banking app and approve the payment, then swap back to the Capital One app to find that it's immediately logged me out and forgotten the payment in progress. This worked fine as it was. Why did you mess with it?!

Sluggish and a big power drain, but at least it worked. Until the latest update, anyway. Now the payment verification texts don't come through, so I can't even make a payment. They have switched payment provider, but perhaps someone forgot to turn it on.

The app is so bad, it would not load. Even after being deleted and re-installed, I checked my other apps, and they all work fine! Attempt to log in failed after re-installing it, and then it went back to saying, "Opps, Somethings Gone Wrong"!! Eventually, I gained access, and then it would not allow me to make a payment. The verification wasn't going through, so i had to log out and log in online to make a payment. They have no section on the app for problem shooting!!
