As a MoneyOwl customer whose account is taken over by iFAST, I received email to create account, with instructions. First time login failed on the app, but worked on the desktop website. After login, was prompted to change login ID and password. After getting directed to re-login, I wasn't able to with new ID and password. Applied for forgotten ID and to have my ID emailed, but received no such email. Now after multiple failed attempt, my account has been blocked. What a way to onboard, iFAST.

Very laggy and always hangs. Thought it would have improved on this new app. But honestly the improvement is minimal. Sometimes when I want to place an order or add any stock into my watch list it also hangs and I have to exit the app and relogin again. It gets really frustrating. As you might miss the opportunity as the price has already gone up or down with the time you spend exiting and re-entering the app.

the migration is a disaster, as th an existing client, i am not able to log in. none of the inputs for log in are accepted and it returns invalid credentials. Any number of mails did not solve the problem. With multiple clones in the appp market, getting doubts on the authenticity. will waitfor the older version to be removed

Hi Murthy Kuppa, We apologise the experience you had with our new app. We just revamped the app and understand that some user may need some time to get used to it, hence the old app still co-exist till Nov 2021.
