App is well made but the total experience of having to download an app and go somewhere random felt weird and too much. Just make a web application instead. We don't want more apps, we want less

I would put 5 stars if the app did not force you to put gps location on. I can understand to have it as an option for people to find their way, but to force it has no purpose. Bluetooth is needed to open the box, I get it but it could have been avoided with proper programming using identification in bank id. The app works but the gps and bluetooth forced on user should not be needed. The app access additional data from the phone which are suspicious as well. No green check from Google.

The worst delivery service ever. Forcing you to install an app to pick up your package including several dubious permissions. I will try to remember to never use your service again. AFAIK no other delivery service forces you to install an app and have a web interface too. "Data that may be shared with other companies..." Why sharing it with other companies? Compare your permissions with e.g. PostNord's app. Nothing shared with others and the rest is optional, including installing the app.
