It doesn't allow me to make a payment in the app, there's not a button that says make payment, nothing. You can't complain in the "Contact Us" menu because the text box doesn't work. When you as last resort make a payment on the phone they charge you a service fee. No one at the call center for customer service is helpful. The real issue which is their horrible app. Fix the issues guys. You've made enough from me in finance charges to pay the IT guy. Hopefully you're paying attention.

I cannot get the password when trying to achieve it. I have to call. I get messages that the card does not exist

Had a difficult time getting information from them and they charge for paper statements.
