Initially the app worked great and I could open to see my balance. Randomly it started glitching, after I log in I get a blank screen that shows me nothing. I've deleted and redownload the app, restarted my phone, and even tried logging on from my browser which has it's own problems. Now I have to call everytime I want to check the balance. There's a lot that needs to be worked out with this app.

I have a Mastercard and a visa from clincard but can only do visa on the app. I tried to call 4 times. And it aways end up to a voice mail stating to call back at another time. I just will like to be able to have both cards on the same app to use the app features. Instead of having one on app and the other through your website. Because the website do not give you the same features as the app.

Unfortunately, at every other attempted use the screen just goes white after logging in. I have to try over and over. I used to just use a web browser to check my card but with the same ID I use for the app it claims I do not exist. This is extremely frustrating when you need to know your balance and don't want to go through the entire phone system thing.
