Got the security light with the camera. I like the light. It's very bright and runs great, when the camera runs that is. Lately any little thing, wind, rain, etc it shuts down and it takes alot of time to get it running again. I was testing it out before I purchased more of them and using the plan that you must pay fot to get any options other than a still picture that's slow. I never catch what sets it off. I will stick with my WYZE cameras.

Everything worked great until last update, now camera won't establish a secure connection to view from home screen except for only the first time. Can only view in multi view. This means when someone rings my doorbell I can't answer it as designed and can't view saved video. Spent a couple months with customer service checking my router settings and signal strength. Their sending a new doorbell but I'm pretty positive it's app programming 11/27/23 new doorbell stopped connecting last night.

Unreliable. When motion is detected, maybe the last couple seconds of the 30-minute clip uploads to the cloud. Local recording isn't better unless you have it continuously recording. Even then, you have to scroll using a timeline where you are lucky to get within 5 minutes of where you desire to see. Then you have to wait for those many minutes to finally see what you're looking for. Once. Because there's no rewind or fast forward. Needs it to be a feature to type in specific time, REW and FF.
