The app is somewhat laggy, and doesn't always redirect you to the correct pages. I can get some better deals elsewhere and the deals seem outdated in that they need a good change up and a bigger offering. Over all, for me, this is just like other phone providers, they don't offer a huge variety and you can get better deals elsewhere if you do a little research.

Unreliable. Disappointing. I keep getting logged in/ out sporadically and having to change my password every so often (Error 500). Sometimes it won't even let you change your password so you're locked out for ages with zero explanation. Chatting with support was useless and they didn't even help at all. They should make it easier to get help and support without making 10000 hurdles to do a simple thing like resetting a password.

The apps work fine, but the rewards are useless. I don't have a need to use any of them and most if them aren't even in my town or city. They seem more for people who live around London etc.. The days where we used to get a mini pizza were nice. Need things for less Fancy things and more things that are available in towns rather than city's. I hope this feedback is helpful
