Auto mode on its terrible night vision makes it pretty useless at night when there are lights clearly on at night. Just switch it back to color mode, which has a 10 minute timer before switching back? Terrible, absolute Waste of money. Have to pay for each camera as well if you want to use the cloud services. I have 2 of the cameras that seem to only work with this app. I would prefer to never use this app ever again.

Ok so as for the layout of your app, it looks a bit cluttered and out of date. I have vision problems so to have all white backgrounds and lighter colored icons and controls, it's very hard for me to see. The camera movement response time is a bit late. The sound quality is clear but very quiet even with the audio amplified. I can't afford to purchase even the basic subscription bc you're prices are so high. The video quality however, is the best I have had. The camera IR randomly turns onandoff

If you just bought a carecam camera, return it. The only way to access it is through this app and, at some point, they start enabling ads in the app. Ads that blocks you from accessing your camera. It is just incredible what they are doing. The other day I had an emergency and had to wait a whole minute in order to see my own camera. Terrible company, horrible product in general. Do not know who makes these decisions, but this is terrible for your bussiness and it affecta lives tremendousl
