Worst damn internet I've ever invested in. It's as slow as the old dial-up days if not slower. Even with full data you can't hardly watch a video, or stream music without having to buffer a million times. The app is just as bad as their internet. Not worth the $90 a month for 30 gigabytes of data. If you're limited on options for internet in your area. There are far better choices than this. Do a little research, and stay far away from Hughes Net.

I have had bad service since the day I got it and they just keep doing the same thing that didn't work the first five times!! worst company ever but I'm stuck because they are the best of the bad companies UPDATE!!!! Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse it does!!! I was lied to about what speed would work for me with all TV I watch is streaming through my Roku TV and I have college classes online. It NEVER works and is loading endlessly and I get someone I can't understand

Told agent what i needed it for and they gave me the wrong plan. It never worked on simple things even off vpn. Not only did i have to pay a service that didnt work, but they attempted to sale me an additional service so it could reach. I have a small apartment and i work in the same room as the router, and their excuse was "i was far or the walls affect it". Then tried to cancel it and they still want to charge me a cancelation fee. Also tech came out to work on it and he did nothing! Lawsuit!
