About this app

Heartland's Mobile Inventory App introduces mobility and efficiency to your staff, using your own device for Inventory Management. This App enables them to gather the information you need to make smarter business decisions. Retailers need up to date inventory information to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent theft of valuable merchandise. Most inventory operations, such as counting and receiving, happen away from the register. Processing deliveries away from the storefront promotes an organized environment free of clutter. Purchase orders and direct store deliveries can be scanned in where they are received without bringing the items to the register. New orders can be created from the Mobile Inventory App by scanning shelf labels and entering the quantity to purchase. The information is synchronized back to your Cash Register Express point of sale without the hassle of a dock, connecting cables, or 3rd party integrations.

It just doesn't work, app works very basics,, when you enter your whole purchase order and send it to the POS it shows sent successfully but nothing changes in POS its just disappears in Air, called Heartland multiple times (20) to solve the issue they are keep on saying Developer are solving the issue and call you back soon which never happened. On other side they want their subscription fees on time doesn't matter if it works or no. Used to be a Good company to work with now its just a SCAM.

After paying for 11 locations subscription for about year or so $40/mo per location. This is no way near what pocket inventory was. From past 8 days keeps fetching site info. Cannot do DSD (it says sent to pos but never appears on pos.
