Broken & unusable, yet stuck with it because the security key became obsolete. Once I managed to find the correct app among the sea of options (CI & IoM), a bug that didn't allow me to activate the Digital Security Device. After an hour on the phone to various advisors, I finally got it working. Recently, I changed phones, no surprises, impossible to activate the new phone as the Digital Security Device, as the option doesn't exist in the app, contrarily to what the guide suggests.

I really don't like this new updated version. Gone is the 'Quick balance' section that I used daily to keep an eye on my account without having to go through the tedious process of logging in. And it was so much easier when it told you what was available without having to work out if any payments were being processed etc. So, when I look at my account now... after having to log in...I calculate that it looks like I have £70 but who knows if that's actually available. Hate it !!

Hi StarJadzia, thank you for your feedback. You're right, the Fast Balance feature didn't get transferred to the new app as we have improved the log on speed. Fast balance was displaying exactly what you are seeing when you login now. We will work on developing the app in the future and thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Terrible! So slow you think it's crashed all the time. Can't setup a new payee which Is probably a security feature but really doesn't help anyone. I can do this with over banking apps with 2 tier authentication. Also doesn't show what money I had in my account at different times, only gives me a today account total and all the individual spending costs of purchases going back. No features what so ever, bare bones, basic and slow painfully slow.

The new app was built on a dynamic new platform, which will allow us to develop more features and functionality in the future.
